IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Account)

The IOLTA account is an Attorney Trust Account available to all attorneys and law firms who need an interest earning trust account, as required by law. Interest earned is sent to the appropriate state bar association.

MAHT (Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Account)

This special account pays interest on trust accounts for title insurers, agents and approved title attorneys. Interest earned is paid to the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust.
