Candidate will obtain packages from the lenders and will prepare a summary of the business, products, and services. They will analyze market, competition, principals, experience and education, historical financial information, present condition and cash flow ability. Perform analysis for periodic reviews of existing credits. Prepare financial spreads for loan department personnel. Good analytical ability and strong math aptitude required. Supervise and train junior credit analysts as required.

Position Summary
The candidate is primarily responsible for the follow-up sales effort to expand the banks' deposit base. The incumbent must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and aptitude in all aspects of deposit sales including, product knowledge, operational processes, account analysis, cash management services, internet banking and alternative delivery channels used and promoted by the bank. Manage operations of a Branch Office. Recruit and hire loan officers, operation manager, processors, underwriters and closers for the branch. Establish and control the branch's budget and income goals. Stay abreast of new government requirements, real estate laws and policy changes within the company. Pre-qualify FHA/VA and conventional loans to ensure marketability and compliance with underwriting standards. Maintain proficiency in all ANM products, systems, policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent residential mortgage experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential mortgage origination. Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential mortgage branch. Working knowledge of residential mortgage loan products in current market, including those subject to FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate laws. Strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines. Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel.
