BSA/AML Analyst
Position Summary:
The BSA/AML Analyst assists in identifying and mitigating money laundering risk by conducting daily reviews of system alerts. The Analyst understands and follows aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, Treasury Department?s regulations, and the USA PATRIOT Act and assures Bank Policy and Procedures are followed. This position will be responsible for maintaining required documentation to support compliance with BSA regulations, including but not limited to suspicious activity investigations and reporting, Customer Information Program compliance initiatives, bank training activities, and other internal control measures as directed by the BSA Officer. Position Summary
Primary responsibility for the “out bound” sales effort to expand the bank’s deposit base. The incumbent must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and aptitude in all aspects of deposit sales including, product knowledge, operational processes, account analysis, cash management services, internet banking and alternative delivery channels used and promoted by the bank. Branch Managers
Position Summary Responsible for managing operations of a Branch Office. As a Branch Manager for ANM it is key that loan production, quality of loans originated and branch profitability targets be met. Manage branch staff activities in originating, processing and closing of residential mortgage loans within the branch's geographical area, as well as manage the relationships with other ANM departments. Monitor profitability of the same. Recruit, hire, develop, train, and supervise employees.
Responsibilities
Manage operations of a Branch Office. Recruit and hire loan officers, operation manager, and processors for the branch. Establish and control the branch's budget and income goals. Stay abreast of new government requirements, real estate laws and policy changes within the company. Pre-qualify FHA/VA and conventional loans to ensure marketability and compliance with underwriting standards. Maintain proficiency in all ANM products, systems, policies and procedures. Network by participation in ANM sponsored events and trade, social and civic functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent residential mortgage experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in residential mortgage origination. Minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential mortgage branch. Working knowledge of residential mortgage loan products in current market, including those subject to FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate laws. Strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines. Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel.

Residential Loan Officers
Position Summary
Completes loan applications, submits loan files to processing and provides the highest level of customer service to our customers. Designs and implements comprehensive business plan to increase sales and build relationships with referral sources.
Responsibilities
Completes telephone, mail-away and face-to-face Loan Applications with clients. Sends/receives applications, disclosures, GFE and TIL from/to clients. All required fields in the application to be completed including all third party information. Determines proper placement of loan file (i.e. correspondent or broker). Prices loans and locks rates as per ANM policy. Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation. Orders credit reports, appraisals and title requests. Maintains pipeline of all loans in process, tracks their progress and meets all contractual deadlines. Keep informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages. Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years loan officer experience. Proven ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and to generate independent leads for new business. Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines.
